Uses

1. With its inherent core notes of sulfur, green freshness, scallion, and garlic, and subtle layers of fruity and vegetable aromas at low concentrations, it is used in the formulation of food flavorings with onion, garlic, and vegetable profiles.

2. As a compliant food-grade synthetic flavoring, it may be used for flavor modification in various foods within the limits specified by China’s GB 2760 standard.

3. As an organic synthetic intermediate, it is used in the industrial production of various sulfur-containing fine chemicals.

Storage

Store in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse, away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources. Avoid storing with strong oxidizing agents. The recommended storage temperature should be kept below 30°C.
