1. Food Flavoring: FEMA No. 2557, listed as an approved food flavoring under China’s GB 2760 standard. It is primarily used in the formulation of apple and tomato flavorings and is suitable for various fruit and vegetable-flavored food processing applications.
2. Industrial Synthesis: Serves as a key raw material for the synthesis of downstream flavorings such as hexanoic acid, coumarin, and vanillin, and is also used in the organic synthesis of rubber, resins, and pesticides.

Storage Requirements
