Applications:
1. As a core food flavoring, it serves as the primary flavoring ingredient in cream flavorings and is widely used to enhance the aroma of products such as margarine, ice cream, cookies, and candies. It can also be blended to create dozens of flavor profiles, including coffee, chocolate, nuts, and berries, and complies with the Chinese GB 2760 standard for food flavorings.
2. It serves as a key starting material for the production of pyrazine-based flavorings and is an important intermediate in the flavor synthesis supply chain.
