Storage Requirements
This substance is hygroscopic and must be stored in a refrigerated environment, sealed under inert gas throughout the entire storage process to isolate it from air and moisture. Keep it away from heat sources and open flames, and store it separately from strong oxidizing agents.
Primary Uses
As a food-grade flavoring agent compliant with FEMA No. 3851, it is used to formulate edible flavorings with tropical fruit and berry profiles. It can also be used in personal care fragrances to enhance the complexity of fruity notes.
