Properties and Applications
1. This product is readily soluble in oils and general polar solvents, disperses in water, and is an excellent oil-soluble emulsifier; it is used industrially as a water-in-oil (w/o) emulsifier.
2. This product remains a transparent liquid even at temperatures as low as -5°C in winter.
3. This product is suitable for the preparation of antifreeze-type AES.
4. This product is suitable as a component in synthetic fiber oil formulations.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
1. Packaged in 190-kg and 50-kg plastic drums.
2. Store and transport in accordance with general chemical regulations. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
3. Shelf life: two years.
