Core Applications
1. Food Flavoring: FEMA No. 2563, a food flavoring compliant with FDA GRAS standards and listed as an approved food additive under China’s GB 2760. It is primarily used in the formulation of fruit, melon, and mint-based food flavorings to enhance the natural freshness of fruits and vegetables in products.
2. Personal Care Fragrancing: As a key green note component, it is added to high-end perfumes, botanical skincare products, and aromatherapy products to simulate the natural scent of grass after rain or fresh leaves, significantly enhancing the vibrancy of the fragrance.
3. Organic Synthesis: As an intermediate in fine organic synthesis, it is used in the production and preparation of downstream enolic fragrance derivatives.
