Pecial plasticizer (LF-60)

Basic properties:

LF-60, Colorless liquid, can be mixed with acetone, CC14, mineral oil, acetic acid, castor oil and alcohol. Insoluble in water, low volatility, resistant to heat, light and water It has good consistency with vinyl resin, cellulose acetate, acetyl cellulose butyrate,ethyecellulose and benzycellulose.It is a sort of plasticizer of good plasticizing efficiency and antibacterial, nonirritant at the

same time.

Application Guide:

1.This product is a kind of plasticizer of common use, mainly used for the production of PVC, vinyl and celluosic resins. It has good consistency with chemical fiber, acetic acid,ABS resins and rubbers,also has good plasticizing effect. The resins after the plasticizingof ATBC will present good transparency and flexure resistance in low temperature. Indifferent medium, TBC has low volatility and low extraction, stable while heat-seal and do not change color. Also can be use for paint, dye and dispersing agent.

2.TBC can be use to produce artificial leather, plastic rubber shoes, flip flops tape and plastic hosepipe. The lubricating oil made from TBC has brilliant lubricating property.
