Core Applications
1. Packaging Industry: Produced via blow molding, it is used to manufacture various food-grade packaging bottles, shopping bags, trash bags, and industrial liner films. It is one of the most widely used materials globally in the food-contact packaging sector and is suitable for packaging contents in various forms, including powders, pastes, and liquids.
2. Pipe Engineering: Used to manufacture HDPE water supply and drainage pipes, gas pipes, and geomembranes; widely applied in natural gas transmission, municipal drainage, landfill liners, and water conservancy projects
3. Injection Molding Applications: Used in injection molding to produce products such as storage bins, helmets, industrial containers, thin-walled beverage cups, and suitcase shells.
4. Other Applications: Used in applications such as insulation for wires and cables, automotive fuel tanks, and thermoformed liners for large refrigerated containers; suitable for the production of various industrial products requiring toughness and chemical resistance.
Storage Requirements
1. Basic Storage Conditions: Keep in the original sealed packaging and store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and temperatures exceeding 50°C to prevent material aging and degradation.
2. Safety and Isolation Requirements: Keep away from open flames, heat sources, and electrostatic sparks at all times. Must be strictly separated from strong oxidizing agents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and halogenated hydrocarbons; mixed storage is strictly prohibited
