This product is an important organosilicon silane coupling agent commonly employed for surface treament of glass fibers, fllerflled plastics, sealants, adhesives, and tackifiers. Additionally, this product can be hydrolyzed to synthesize methylvinyleyclosiloxanes.which are key raw materials for the production of methylvinyl silicone rubber (VMQ) gum.
