Core Applications
1. Metalworking Lubrication: Serves as a base oil for metalworking processes such as cutting, grinding, wire drawing, and stamping. Suitable for tinplate rolling oil formulations, it offers excellent friction-reducing and anti-wear properties, significantly improving workpiece machining accuracy and reducing tool wear.
2. Personal Care and Skincare: Used as an emollient and skin conditioner in personal care and skincare products, it is highly skin-friendly, effectively moisturizes the skin, and optimizes the product’s smooth application.
3. Industrial Additives: Used as lubricant additives, dispersants in paints and inks, synthetic softeners, and emulsifiers; it also serves as a key component in metal die-casting release agents to improve demolding efficiency.
4. Fragrance Formulation Applications: It can be used to formulate pineapple and berry-based food fragrances, imparting a natural fruity aroma to the formulation.
