Main Uses

1.‌Primary Use‌: A highly efficient, non-toxic additive used as a catalyst in the polypropylene polymerization process to regulate polymerization activity and product performance.

2.‌Other Applications‌: A silicone intermediate used as a crosslinking agent or surface modifier in the synthesis of coatings, adhesives, and sealants; in certain applications, it is used to prepare hydrophobic coatings or semiconductor auxiliary layers (currently in the R&D stage).‌‌

Storage Instructions

1.‌Environmental Requirements‌: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from light. Recommended temperature is room temperature or lower (for some reagent-grade products, 2–8°C is recommended).

2.‌Sealing and Protection‌: Must be strictly sealed; preferably protected by inert gas (such as nitrogen or argon). Contact with water or moisture is strictly prohibited (it decomposes slowly upon contact with water).
