Applications
1. A bifunctional compound containing dihydrazide groups derived from adipic acid that can serve as a protein drug carrier after cross-linking with sodium hyaluronate. It acts as a crosslinking agent in the crosslinking of diacetone acrylamide with water-emulsion and water-soluble polymers, such as in water-based coatings, adhesives, fibers, plastic film treatments, and hairsprays. It can also be used as a curing agent for epoxy powder coatings and an additive for water-based coatings, as well as other polymer additives such as metal deactivators and water treatment agents, indoor formaldehyde adsorbents, and as a raw material for intermediates.
2. As a bifunctional crosslinking agent, it is specifically used with aldehydes to form relatively stable imine bonds. In particular, it is used to link glycoproteins, such as antibodies.
3. It is primarily used as a curing agent for epoxy powder coatings and as a coating additive, as well as in other polymer additives such as metal deactivators and water treatment agents.
