Main Applications
1. UV-curable coatings: Used as protective topcoats for wood, plastics, and metals. After curing, the coating exhibits high hardness and good gloss, with excellent adhesion to plastic substrates such as ABS and PC.
2. Printing inks: Compatible with UV inks for offset, screen, and flexographic printing, significantly improving ink abrasion resistance and color saturation. It can also be used in PCB solder mask inks and touchscreen inks for electronic products.
3. Adhesives and 3D Printing: Serves as an active diluent for UV-curable adhesives, used for rapid bonding of glass and plastics; it can also function as a monomer in photosensitive resins for 3D printing, improving print accuracy and curing speed.
