Main Applications
1. Core Industrial Applications: As a UV-curable diluent, it is widely used in printing coatings, adhesives, plastic modification, textiles, rubber, and other applications. It enhances product adhesion and balances the toughness and hardness of the cured film.
2. Other Applications: It can serve as a pharmaceutical intermediate and fine chemical raw material, participate in the synthesis of modified copolymers, and is compatible with a variety of light-curing formulation systems.
Storage and Handling Requirements
1. Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and dark place at 2–8°C. Do not store together with strong oxidizing agents or expose to ultraviolet light.
2. Handling Precautions: Handle only in a fume hood while wearing a respirator, nitrile gloves, safety goggles, and antistatic protective clothing. Avoid inhaling vapors or direct skin contact. In case of skin contact, rinse with soap and water; in case of eye contact, rinse with saline solution and seek medical attention immediately.
