Main Applications
1. Polymer Synthesis: Raw materials for the production of polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, and polycarbonate; used as crosslinking agents (e.g., for polyethylene plastics), plasticizers, gelling agents, and curing agents.
2. Fine Chemicals: Synthesis of pesticides (pyrethroid stabilizers), organic peroxides, cyclic musks, polyether rubbers, UV coatings, etc.
3. Other: Thermal stability improvers for lubricants, organic synthesis intermediates; used in scientific research for protein precipitation, cryoprotection, etc. (reagent grade).
