Main Applications
1. As a water-soluble extreme-pressure additive, it can be dissolved directly in water in any proportion without the need for neutralization with amines or alkalis.
2. Used in fully synthetic and semi-synthetic cutting fluid formulations, it provides both corrosion inhibition and extreme-pressure lubrication. Recommended addition rate: 2%–5%.
3. It can also be used in industrial cleaning agent formulations; it produces very little foam and exhibits excellent rust prevention properties after neutralization with amines
4. It is an organic phosphate ester anionic surfactant and can also be used as an intermediate in the production of synthetic materials
Storage and Safety Precautions
1. Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed container at 2–8°C in a cool, dry place
2. Safety Risks: Classified as an irritant; may cause skin irritation and severe eye damage
3. Handling Precautions: Thoroughly wash skin after handling. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, and safety goggles. In case of accidental eye contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention
