Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers are a very important class of nonionic surfactants. By controlling the number of ethylene oxide (EO) units in the molecule, products with different properties and applications can be produced. They exhibit excellent acid and alkali resistance and are readily biodegradable.

Product Applications

Widely used in the personal care, textile and leather, and detergent industries, products with low EO numbers are primarily used in the production of AES, APG, and similar products, while products with other EO numbers are used in formulated products to provide emulsifying, foaming, and cleaning effects.
