Introduction

70% di-dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is a colorless to pale yellow liquid that is highly soluble in polar solvents and slightly soluble in water. It is compatible with cationic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants. It is readily adsorbed onto negatively charged surfaces. It can make clumped fibers fluffy and soft, and it has good hydrophobicity.

Applications
