Main Applications
1.Waterproofing and Stain Resistance for Building Materials: Used to treat concrete, stone, bricks, and tiles through penetration, imparting hydrophobicity and stain resistance to the surface.
2.Surface Modifiers: Improve the dispersion and hydrophobicity of inorganic fillers (such as silica and calcium carbonate) in polymer matrices, and enhance the interfacial bonding strength of composite materials.
3.Additives for Coatings and Adhesives: Used to formulate self-cleaning and anti-corrosion coatings, and to improve bond strength and water resistance.
4.Other Applications: Surface functionalization of pharmaceutical nanocarriers, modification of sustained-release pesticide carriers, and hydrophobic modification in the rubber and tire industries.
Storage Instructions
1.Environmental Requirements: Store in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Strictly protect from light to prevent hydrolysis caused by exposure to moisture.
2.Recommended Temperature: Recommended storage temperature is 2–8°C (refrigeration is preferred); short-term storage at room temperature in a sealed container is also acceptable, provided the container is airtight.
3.Special Precautions: Sensitive to moisture; for industrial bulk packaging or long-term storage, it is recommended to use an inert gas (such as nitrogen) for protection; avoid inhaling vapors and contact with skin or eyes during handling.
