Hexamethyldisilazane can be used for preparation of polysilazane by reacting with chlorosilanes, synthesis of silazane rubber and can be used as the structure forming agent for silicone rubber, pharmaceutical intermediates for synthesis of amikacin, penicillin,cephalosporin, fluorouracil, etc. The product can be also used as the surface treating agent for silica, diatomaceous earth and metals, the adhesive additives for etching machine in semi-conductor industry, the silicon carbide fiber additives which can raise thermal resistance and strength, as well as anti-settling agent for coatings, etc.

150kg plastic drum or steel drum, or other packing sizes according to customer's instruction。
This product will be hydrolyzed easily and can react violently with acids. Keep container closed. Store at cool,dry and well-ventilated places. Keep away from flame and direct sunlight. Avoid rain and blazing sun during transportation.The shelf life is 12 months
