Main Applications
1.Adhesive and Sealant Promoters: Significantly enhance the adhesion of epoxy, polyurethane, polysulfide, acrylic, and other systems to glass, metal, and concrete, while exhibiting no yellowing and good water resistance.
2.Composite Modification: Used for fiber-reinforced or filled modification of engineering plastics such as nylon and PBT to improve mechanical strength; also used in epoxy molding compounds to improve the bonding between resin and fillers.
3.Coating Additives: Particularly suitable for water-based coatings and adhesives, improving solvent resistance, impact resistance, and wet adhesion while maintaining the transparency and gloss of the coating.
4.Other Applications: Integrated circuit encapsulation, reinforcement of foundry resin sand, and treatment agents for textiles and fiberglass-reinforced plastics (FRP).
Storage Instructions
1.Environmental Requirements: Store in a cool (typically <30°C), well-ventilated, and dry location. strictly protected from light, and kept away from heat sources and open flames.
2.Sealing Instructions: Must be stored in a sealed container (with the lid tightly closed) to isolate it from air and moisture, preventing hydrolysis that could lead to polymer formation and product degradation.
3.Precautions: Do not allow contact with water or high-humidity environments; do not use directly in applications involving contact with food or pharmaceuticals; use as soon as possible after opening or reseal tightly.
