Core Applications
1. Optoelectronic Display Materials: Used as a red-doped dye in the organic light-emitting layer of high-end OLEDs, it optimizes the device’s red color gamut, enhances the color saturation and luminous efficiency of display panels, and serves as a key functional material for next-generation high-definition display panels.
2. Specialty Anti-Counterfeiting Inks: When added to the formulations of fluorescent anti-counterfeiting inks used in high-end securities and identification documents, it emits a characteristic red fluorescence under ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength. This makes it difficult to replicate using conventional counterfeiting techniques, significantly enhancing the level of anti-counterfeiting protection.
3. Biofluorescent Markers: High-purity grades can serve as precursors for fluorescent probes in bioimaging, used for tracing specific biomolecules within cells, and are suitable for fluorescence microscopy applications in life science research.
4. Specialty Functional Coatings: Used to prepare highly weather-resistant outdoor fluorescent warning coatings that maintain stable red fluorescence under intense light, widely used in the production of road safety signs and industrial warning signs.
Storage Requirements
1. Store in a sealed container at 2–8°C in a refrigerated, light-protected, dry environment filled with an inert gas. Strictly isolate the product from moisture and direct strong light throughout storage to prevent photobleaching and degradation of the fluorescent groups.
2. Store strictly separate from strong oxidizing agents, strong acids, and strong bases. Keep away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources. Manage storage and transportation in accordance with standard safety regulations for fine organic functional dyes.
