Primary Uses
As a compliant food flavoring, it imparts a green tea-like fermented aroma in a 0.10% propylene glycol solution. It can be used to formulate tea- and herbal-based food flavorings, and also serves as an organic synthesis intermediate for the preparation of fine chemicals.
